Microsoft has released memory expansion maps for Xbox Series consoles. This is reported on the company’s website.
In the line of cards there are two models – a capacity of 512 gigabytes and two terabytes. With the help of the presented accessories, you can expand the built-in memory of the new generation consoles. The branded memory cards allow not only to store games, but also run them directly from the external drive. Seagate company is engaged in the production of memory cards.
“To use the Seagate Storage Extension Card, simply insert it into the repository expansion port on the rear panel of the Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S console.,” the company’s website says. Memory Expansion Cards Support Xbox Velocity architecture and provide 2.4 gigabit I / O speed.
Cost of memory card with a capacity of 512 gigabytes is $ 140, two terabytes – 400 dollars. Accessories will go on sale in the USA in November. Prices for Russia are not disclosed.
Also in the Xbox line, there is a similar map of the memory extension with a container of one terabyte. Its value in Russia is 19,399 rubles.
In early October, the Xbox has released a corporate drive. The SSD disk is intended to transfer games and other content from the Microsoft console. The cost of a storage capacity of one terabyte is 13,899 rubles.
