According to the National Statistical Service report, 23 percent of citizens declared that they could not buy food, and 15 percent faced difficulties when trying to purchase fuel. At the same time, 61 percent reported a change in consumer habits due to the lack of necessary goods in stores and the inability to find them replacement.
