Ministry of Health of Italy called on mutually recognizing vaccine from Covid-19

Head of the Ministry of Health of Italy, Roberto Sperans, on the air of the State TV channel RAI3, recognized mutually recognizing the vaccine from coronavirus. He noted that the European Medicinal Agency (EMA) currently evaluates drugs developed in Russia and China, RIA Novosti reports.

“I suppose that it will be correct to come to mutual recognition when scientific data will tell us that these vaccines are effective and safe,” the Minister of Health emphasized, expressing the hope that this will happen.

Speransman added that the recognition of drugs is not a matter of political nature, and it follows only the opinion of the scientific community.

Earlier Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting with the general director of WHO Tedros, by Adano Greesus, held within the G20 Summit, said that it was necessary to include Russian vaccines from COVID-19 in the list of drugs that the World Health Organization (WHO) would be able to recommend Applications in emergency mode.
