In the experimental design bureau “Torch” (included in the integrated structure of the Roskosmos NGO Energoman of NGO Energomash), “Roskosmos Day” was held under the chairmanship of the Director General of NGO Energomash Igor Arbuzov. The meeting was held in video conferencing media with NGO Energomash and one of the consumers of products of the OKB Torch – Scientific and Production Association named after S.A. Lavochka.
Acting Deputy General Director – Director of Quality NGO Energomash Denis Fofanov reported good dynamics of an enterprise on quality improvement issues.
The main controller of the NGO Lavochkina Ruslan Dashkina was also given a high estimate of the products supplied by the Torch OKB, and the level of interaction of enterprises.
The heads and specialists of the TEchor OKB and NGO Energomash discussed the quality of the products and technological discipline, the results of the planned and operational authoring supervisors, the conclusions of the Audit of the SMC conducted by the NGO Energomash auditors in the Torch OKB, as well as problematic issues requiring considerations on the sectoral level.
At the end of the meeting, the General Director of NGO Energomash requested the leadership of the Torch OKB until the end of November of the current year, to develop and submit an integrated plan for actualization of technological processes, to carry out work on increasing the performance of the author’s supervision and improving the production culture.
