Director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation (FSVTs) Dmitry Shuguev called the most popular Russian weapon among foreigners. He told about it in an interview with RBC.
According to him, Russian C-400 air defense systems, Rancir-C1 missile systems, and the entire line of aviation technology, anti-tank systems “Cornet” and RSZO “Tornado” are used in the greatest demand. Shugaev at the same time noted that at least 50 percent of Russian exports falls on aviation equipment. The portfolio of orders for the export of Russian weapons is about 52 billion dollars, he said.
Shugaev also noted that Russia cooperates on a military-technical line with 100 countries and delivers its goods in more than 50 states. Among the main importers of Russian weapons, he called China, India, the countries of the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America. In addition, the Director of FSVTS stressed that international sanctions imposed on Moscow did not affect the geography of Russian weapons in the world.
Earlier it was reported that Russian zenithors will receive new portable anti-aircraft missile systems (CRKK) “Verba”. It was decided to re-equip the units of the Southern Military District (Yuvo). Military will receive complexes and additional equipment. So, at the disposal of Zenitchikov Yuvo will include automated control systems, Radar stations “Harmon” and armored vehicles.
