Two popular vitamins increased risk of cancer

Marta Ebbing (Marta Ebbing) from the Khakelland University Clinic in Norway found out that two popular vitamins can increase the risk of cancer. This is stated in the journal of the American Medical Association, reports Edition Express.

The results of the study showed that there are two vitamins that increase the risk of cancer development – vitamin B12 and folic acid. So, in patients with heart disease, taking folic acid and vitamin B12, a little increased risk of cancer and death for any reasons in comparison with core patients who did not take these additives.

According to researchers, folic acid reception and B12 are associated with increasing risk of cancer development by 21 percent, increasing the risk of cancer from cancer by 38 percent and increase the risk of death for any reasons by 18 percent. Also, scientists came to the conclusion that the reception of these additives increases the risk of lung cancer.

Previously, Tatiana Dick’s nutritionist called on Russians to include cinnamon, turmeric, thyme, sage and oregano. According to her, these spices are rich in antioxidants, which have an anti-cancer effect and fight with free radicals.
