On the Eastern Cosmodrome, under the guidance and control of the center of exploitation of ground-based space infrastructure (Roskosmos State Corporation), specialists of the contracting organization “Industrial Technologies” completed the installation of the launching table for the Angara rocket.
Frame consists of 16 parts: four angles (43 tons each), eight averages of 23 tons and four pylons (the weight of each is 52 tons). At the moment it is installed in the project position.
Installation work of the components of the starting table was launched in December 2020 from the metal conversion of the gas plant. On August 23, the components of another starting table frame were transported to the place of installation: two spars (the weight of each 93 ton) and two beams weighing 49 tons. Composite parts of the second frame were established in the project position in early October.
