NGO Energomash workers take part in work of International Astronautical Congress

On Monday, October 25, 2021, the 72nd International Astronautical Congress began its work at the World Commercial Center Dubai. MAC-2021, in which more than 110 delegations of different countries will take part, will take place until October 29 under the motto “Inspiration, innovation and discoveries for the benefit of humanity.”

Employees of the Energomash Scientific and Production Association named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) Vladimir Sudakov and Sergey Kuzmichov take part in the work of the International Astronautical Congress and represent their reports at the sessions. In particular, the chief specialist of the advertising and exhibition department, Vladimir Sudakov, will introduce participants with the biographies of engine designers, associates of Academician V.P. Glushko, whose names are immortalized on the Moon map. The report will be presented in the presentation format.

Congress program provides for the holding of a round table of the heads of space agencies, 183 technical sessions with the participation of 1,442 speakers, 18 special sessions, 12 main reports of symposium and more than 150 interactive presentations. A total of 2,300 scientific and technical reports will be presented.

In the framework of the MAC-2021, an exhibition will also be held on which the latest achievements in the field of space technologies and research will be presented and in which large representatives of the industry will take part.
