Putin stated chief enemy

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the main enemy of the country’s low incomes of millions of citizens. He stated this at a meeting with deputies of the New Duma. The broadcast led Edition RBC.

He is confident that low incomes threaten the stable development of the country. In the next three years, 41.5 trillion rubles is supposed to send 41.5 trillion rubles for social support of Russians, Putin added. The President noted that it is necessary to form a holistic family support system with children.

In September, the president already called the main enemies of Russia. Then he also noted poverty, as well as problems in education, health and infrastructure. The head of state noted that it is important to raise the welfare of Russians, because a significant part of the population lives in the country in poverty.

In July, Putin instructed to adjust the goals to reduce the level of poverty of the population. He noted that for the year the growth of salaries of Russians in real terms amounted to 3.9 percent.
