Reports of the presence in Mali Russian military instructors – it’s part of a disinformation campaign. This was stated in an interview with RIA Novosti head of the Malian transitional government Shogel Kokalla Maiga.
“You know, cooperation Mali and Russia is much talk in the West, many invented, many articles in the media, but all oriented negatively,” – said the Prime Minister. According to him, it was formed many government cadres to Mali, both military and civilians in Russia.
Kokalla Maiga noted that Mali, as a sovereign state can choose their any country to cooperate if it is in the interests of its Malian people. He stressed that the transitional government of Mali did not pay attention to the accusations by the foreign press.
Earlier, the French special forces operating in the Sahel region, said they had not noticed the signs of the presence of soldiers in Mali so-called private military companies (PMCs), “Wagner”.
