Mishoustin announced growth of minimum wages in three million Russians

Next year, the minimum wage (minimum wage) in Russia will exceed 13.6 thousand rubles, which means that the salary will increase in three million Russians. Such numbers at the Government meeting in the video conferencing mode announced the Prime Minister of the country Mikhail Mishustin, reports TASS.

At the end of August, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Industry, Innovative Development and Entrepreneurship Nikolai Arefiev called for a minority as an excess parameter. In his opinion, all parameters can be tied to the subsistence minimum.

In turn, Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova said that the abolition of the minimum wage will lead to chaos in the near future, since the minimum salary and the cost of living have a different economic essence.

The law on the new method of calculating the Mrometa President Vladimir Putin signed in December 2020. From the moment it is calculated on the basis of median income, and not a consumer basket.
