The British police accused the third Russian in the poisoning of the former officer of GRU Sergei Skriplia and his daughter in Julia in the city of Salisbury in 2018. They became General Groj Denis Sergeyev, reports The Independent.
According to law enforcement, Sergeyev used the pseudonym Sergey Fedotov.
