Researed by Spice Cancellation Syndrome

Researchers from Australia, Great Britain and the United States have shown that the spice is a mixture of synthetic drugs, designed to imitate the marijuana effect – much more harmful and causes a much heavier cancellation syndrome. The article of scientists is published in the magazine Psychopharmacology.

Scientists from University College of London and Bat University together with colleagues from Australia and USA using the Global Drug Survey online platform Anonymously interviewed 284 people at the age of 22, who used both spice and marijuana for more than ten times a year. The researchers were interested in how long the effect of drugs lasted how quickly the tolerance developed to them, how difficult was the abolition syndrome and what were his symptoms.

All participants in the study noted that Spice was more harmful to marijuana – the effect of him came faster, but also lasted in short. Tolerance to it also developed faster. Symptoms of cancellation syndrome – sleep disorders, irritability, oppressed mood, rapid heartbeat and lust of the substance – the spikes were much stronger than that of marijuana. On average, more than four symptoms appeared after the cessation of spice consumption. Each additional gram of substances increased the number of symptoms by 13 percent.

Previously, scientists from Australia and the United Kingdom found out that the use of marijuana in adolescence increases the risk of premature children even after 20 years.
