“Payment of one-time assistance in one day is the already established, spent practice, and on September 2, 30.7 million people will receive a bank card,” she said.
As for those pensioners who do not come to the card, the new payments will arrive with them with the pension, explained the Deputy Prime Minister. It is, according to her, about 12.7 million people who do money through Russian Post or other delivers.
Total help will receive about 43 million people, clarified Golikov. The mechanism was worked out after the meeting of President Vladimir Putin with United Russia.
