The Russian branch of Visa began an investigation after Wildberries introduced a two-percent commission when paying by foreign cards, and the exception was made for the World Mapholders, users of the fast payments system (SBP) and the Sberpay payment system. Visa also warned about fines in the amount of up to a million dollars, which will be threatened with the Equile Equile Banks when charging an additional commission.
In the Wildberries itself, it is argued that we are talking about the introduction of discounts when paying through Russian services.
