Grinding on materials for finishing the housing in Russia has grown three times a year. This was told in the press service of online retailer “All-Testaments.ru”, RIA Novosti reports.
So, in August of this year, the demand for repair products was 3.1 times more than a year ago. The reason for this could be the rise in prices for construction and finishing materials in 2021. According to the representative of the company, the Russians preferred to buy everything necessary for repair and finishing, without waiting for changes in prices.
The most sharply demand for repair materials grew by Yekaterinburg (370 percent), St. Petersburg (348 percent) and Chelyabinsk (300 percent). Residents of Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod began to buy them three times more often. In Rostov-on-Don, demand for goods grew by 115 percent, in Perm – by 92 percent, in Krasnodar – by 75 percent.
Previously, the study of the Russian Standard Bank showed that in 2021 the Russians actively take loans for the repair of housing. On average, the family occupy a new decoration of 270 thousand rubles. The most popular loan period when making a repair loan – 60 months.
