Head of the Far Eastern Fund of High Technologies (DFVT) Ruslan Sarkisov told RIA Novosti about the implementation of the project of the resource center of invasive neurothechnologies and clinical biomechanics.
Running a comprehensive medical center is planned during the year. Sarkisov explained that the institution operations will be carried out, rehabilitation, as well as work on the creation of new samples and research on the gain of the chip in the body. The technologies used will allow people with violations of the central nervous system, or in the accident to overcome phantom pain, he stressed.
The implementation of the DFVT project will be engaged in conjunction with the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). According to Sarkisov, the Foundation already has a base for work in this direction, and the creation of the Center will make the project largely and allow a commercial basis operations.
The planned financing amount will be up to 350 million rubles. The Foundation’s head did not rule out that the project implementation could be a start to create an international cybercounted cluster on Russian Island.
