In Russia, they appreciated readiness of people to work for “black” and “gray” salary

The representatives of the Superjob service conducted a survey, based on the results of which they learned from Russians whether they were ready to work for “black” or “gray” salary. The data obtained leads to RBC.

According to analysts, it is ready to receive a salary “in envelopes” about 39 percent of respondents. At the same time, in 2019, in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, 60 percent of Russians were agreed to work with the “black” or “gray” wage. During the period of self-insulation, this figure decreased to 46 percent.

Researchers noted that at present the number of people who are ready to work without an employment contract or receive a part of the money “past cash regulations” decreased compared to the last two years.

Men more often agree on to receive a “black” salary: 43 percent against 36 percent. At the same time, analysts stressed that only a third of the respondents of young people are ready to accept salary from employers “in the envelope.” But the respondents under the age of 45 years are more willing to go to such conditions: 42 percent agree on the “black” and “gray” salary.

The service noted that 1.6 thousand representatives of the economically active population of the country were interviewed. Investigation took part adults from all counties of Russia.

Earlier, employees of the VTsIOM with reference to their own survey said that over the past 15 years, Russians began to receive a “white” salary more often and began to forget about money in envelopes.
