“We want strong and official diplomatic relations with Germany,” said the spokesman for the terrorist organization. He also demanded from Germany to recognize the new government in Kabul. According to Mujahid, now Afghanistan asks Berlin financial support, humanitarian aid, as well as cooperation in the field of health, agriculture and education.
