Signals regarding the meeting with Russia received from Berlin and Paris, but the dialogue in the G7 format did not go. This was reported by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharov, reports RT.
The words of Zakharova became the answer to the statements by the head of the Japanese Foreign Ministry Tosimitsa Motague that in a short time there should be a meeting of the “Big Seven” countries with the participation of Russia and the PRC. According to the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, “Partners demonstrate a non-systematic approach.”
She noted that the G7 members apply that do not correspond to each other signals about Russia’s participation in this format of international cooperation. Zakharova believes that in this way the “big seven” countries show not understanding “what they want from themselves and the surrounding world.”
Earlier, moteli stated that the G7 meeting can take place on September 8 with the participation of Russia and the PRC. The main theme of the event will be the situation in Afghanistan. In the negotiations will be attended by the heads of foreign policy agencies.
