So she rejected the idea of the head of the Accounts Chamber of Alexey Kudrin, who had previously proposed to reduce the participation of the public sector in the economy of the country. In his opinion, during the period of post-crisis development, it is important to reduce the state unit due to a large number of risks that such “therapy” carries in itself if it does not collapse in time.
“I believe that the presence of the state in very important industries should be, the state regulatory should be present,” emphasized Permnova. She believes that the decline in the influence of the state will not allow immediately to revive the economic sphere. According to Perminovova, it is already sufficiently reduced, and the state is present in the economy in minimal quantities.
Kudrin noted that state-owned companies are rarely becoming economic and innovative drivers due to a bureaucratic machine that makes them less plastic in terms of management. Amend the situation, according to the head of the Accounts Chamber, may privatization, which will give enterprises of effective owners.
