EFF has published APKEEP, utility for downloading APK packets with Google Play and its mirrors

ELECTRONIC FRONTIER FOUNDATION (EFF) Human Rights Organization (EFF) has created an application akeep , designed to download packages for the Android platform from various sources. By default, applications are loaded with APKPURE , a website containing copies of applications from Google Play due to the lack of need to authenticate. A direct download from Google Play is also supported, but for this you need to specify the data for the input (the password is transmitted by the open arguments, which creates the danger of its leakage through the buffer with the operation history in the command line). There is support for multi-threaded mass boot with the transfer of a list of downloadable packets in a CSV file. The program is written in the language RUST and spreads under the MIT license.
