Taliban send humanitarian assistance in Panjscher

Cabinet of Ministers “Taliban” (a terrorist organization prohibited in Russia) decided to send humanitarian aid to the province of Panjscher. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the RTA TV channel.

It is noted that the Taliban plans to send assistance, which recently arrived in Afghanistan.

September 3rd Vice-President of Afghanistan and the head of the Afghan resistance in the province of Panjshir Amrulla Saleh said that militants have blocked humanitarian access to the Panjshir, turned off all the electricity and telecommunications. He stressed that the Taliban commits war crimes in the area and violates international humanitarian law.

UN Secretary-General Anthony Guterrish on September 13 reported that the UN is ready to send $ 20 million through the Central Emergency Response Fund.

Also during the Conference in Geneva, UN collected humanitarian aid for Afghans in the amount of $ 1.1 billion. Money will guide the country’s development projects and the prevention of the humanitarian crisis.
