Start took place at 21:07 Moscow time. At 21:16 Moscow time on the suburgate trajectory “Frigate” separated from the third stage of the “Union” and brought satellites into orbit.
As noted by RIA Novosti, this is the 15th start of Russian space missiles in 2021. In total this year, 29 launches are planned, the general director of Roskosmos reported Dmitry Rogozin.
Earlier, Rogozin during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin told about the service life of the Russian modernized Rocket “Soyuz-2”. According to the head of the state corporation, the carrier rocket will be operated for about 10 years, then a new repaid missile will come to shift.
