In the 7a neighborhood of the city of Baikonur, the construction of five 50-bed houses began. Construction companies perform work on the passage of the kittlers for the foundations of future houses. Work has begun on engineering communications. Two hundred and fifty apartments will be located in new homes, including a hundred apartments – two-room, one hundred fifty apartments – three-room.
The construction of houses is carried out at the expense of the Kazakh side in accordance with the joint Russian-Kazakhstan long-term program of development of the city of Baikonur, signed on January 20, 2020, the head of the city administration of Baikonur Konstantin Bausigin and the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex Bakhytzhan Namayev.
Customer for the construction of new urban facilities is the Karmakshinsky Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning. The administration of the city of Baikonur performed the land separation site for construction, provides methodological assistance to the heads of construction companies in organizing entry into the city of their employees, technology, building materials and solving other organizational issues.
Commissioning Objects is scheduled to end 2022 – early 2023 years.
