The exacerbating relationship between the United States and China can lead to a “split” of the global economy, the emergence of “conflicting military doctrines”, as well as the creation of artificial intelligence development strategies, which should be avoided.
“I believe that we need to avoid a new cold war, since the old cold war was easier to manage. Now everything has become more difficult,” concluded Guterresh.
Earlier, the United States revealed its goal in relations with China. According to the press secretary of the White House, Jen Psaki, the States do not seek to conflict or the Cold War with the PRC, and plan to save relations with open communication channels.
