The head of the city added that there are women employees in the districts and in the central office, since they cannot be replaced by men. However, in cases where women can replace men, they should stay at home until the situation is normalized. At the same time, the salary will be paid.
Earlier, the Taliban allowed women to study at universities, but obliged them to wear Islamic clothes and trained in individual groups for the “Protection of National and Historical Values”.
