Shares of the Developer Group of Companies “Airplane” took off at a maximum of 9.54 percent to 5800 rubles per piece during the bidding on the Moscow stock exchange on Friday, September 17, against the back of the news about the ambulance company “SPb Renovation”.
The Board of Directors of the “Airplane” on September 16 approved a deal that became one of the largest developments in the Russian market. SPB Renovation is responsible for the projects to update the quarters of St. Petersburg, in 10 years the company has built more than one million square meters of real estate for migrants from dilapidated housing. In anticipation of the news about buying a shares of the “aircraft” rose in less than two days by 17.67 percent. At 14:25, the company’s shares are traded at 5590 rubles per piece.
