Lukashenko believes that such people can not be called even coward. “These are not artists. These are not creative workers. This is not even panties. These are traitors,” he said.

On August 9 last year, Presidential elections were held in Belarus. Even before the voting in the country, protests were held, including the arrest of the Ex-Head of Belgazprombank Viktor Babarico, who was called Lukashenko’s chief opponent. Then some Russian artists canceled the performance in Belarus: Leonid Agutin, Stas Pieha, Kar-Meng Group.

After the elections, the CEC Belarusian announced that Lukashenko scored 80 percent of the votes. The protests broke out with a new force throughout the country and lasted for several months.
