The Director General of Zheng Gaocin on the online briefing said that the construction of the relevant infrastructure for production will begin, as soon as the situation in Afghanistan stabilizes.

On September 13, it became known about Beijing plans to allocate humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan for $ 31 million, as well as a batch of vaccines against COVID-19 for three million doses. Also, China called on the international community to assist the “Taliban” movement (prohibited in Russia) in the fight against terrorism.
