Hungary called on to leave ideological disputes and approve “satellite V”

The European Medicinal Agency refuses to approve the Russian vaccine from the coronavirus “satellite V” without real reason. This was announced in an interview with RBC, the head of the MID of Hungary Peter Siyarthto.

According to the diplomat, the European Commission considers vaccines as an ideological question. He stressed that the recognition of the “satellite V” still remains a political problem.

Siyarthto urged European states to leave ideological disputes. “Vaccines exist in order to save lives,” concluded the Foreign Minister.

Previously, Peter Siyarthto stated that Hungary completely spent the drug from the coronavirus “satellite V”, as it was very popular with citizens. He added that the Hungarian government is negotiating with the manufacturer of the Russian vaccine, so that in the future Hungary itself could establish its license production. The Foreign Minister expressed the hope that this will make the state independent of foreign supplies.
