President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko announced the signing of an integration plan with Russia. This is reported by Telegram-channel Berta.
He noted that the Russian-Belarusian Union Programs will be signed at a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, which will be held in October-November.
According to him, the governments of both countries went to it for more than three years, but came across in the process with unforeseen difficulties.
