The Russian Ministry of Defense of Russia increasingly informs the public about long campaigns of Russian ships, while the modern Russian industry produces mainly small and auxiliary ships, notes the Defence24 portal in publication on the issues of building the Navy (Navy) countries.
“Some observers, even Russian, see an increasingly complete difference in official statements with their implementation in the shipbuilding program,” writes the Polish publication.
As an example, the publication provides a situation around the only Russian aircraft carrier “Admiral Kuznetsov”. The publication assures that it is unknown when this ship will be upgraded, since at present there is no dry dock capable of accepting it.
“Permanent information about the upcoming teachings and maneuvers, crossings and campaigns, fairs and shows, as well as international competitions, is somewhat overshadowed by problems with the content and technical modernization of the almost Million Russian Army,” is the publication.
In August, RIA Novosti, referring to the source close to the defense and industrial complex, reported that the repair of Admiral Kuznetsov was shifted for one year. “The readiness for the issue will be ensured by the end of this year.
