Guests of the International Forum “Army-2021” will be able to see the new layout of the starting complex for the Angara carrier missiles, which is built on the East spaceport. The layout is a start-up table, technological blocks of oxygen and nitrogen, lightning tracks, centralized construction and other objects.
Exceptional feature of the starting complex is its versatility in part of the provisions of the Angara space for launching both automatic spacecraft and manned ships with various modifications of accelerating blocks, including hydrogen-based fuel.
Construction of a start-up complex began in June 2019. Currently, an infrastructure is created on the East spaceport, which ensures a solution to a wide range of tasks on the launch of modern promising spacecraft. The first launch of the “hangars” from the East is scheduled in 2023.
The International Military Technical Forum “Army-2021” takes place in the Congress and Exhibition Center “Patriot” from August 22 to 28, 2021. The forum is planned to demonstrate the latest products of the defense industry of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, as well as a business program.
