Putin announced growth of trade with Germany

President Vladimir Putin announced the growth of trade between Russia and Germany, contrary to the decline in the economies of both countries. His words lead RIA Novosti.

According to him, Berlin remains for Moscow with one of the main partners in Europe and in the world as a whole. According to Putin, there is a considerable merit of Merkel, holding the post of Chancellor since 2005.

The current visit of Merkel to Moscow will be the last for it as the head of government. She will not nominate his candidacy for this position on the upcoming parliamentary elections in September.

Previously, during a meeting with Merkel, Russian President said that Germany is one of the main partners for Moscow. According to him, Berlin remains for Russia one of the main companions not only in Europe, but also in the world.
