The incident with the business of Alexei Navalny (FBC founder included in the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the register of organizations performing functions of a foreign agent, and a recognized extremist organization) is a planned provocation aimed at discrediting Russia. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the statement of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The ministry notes that Germany has not provided any verifiable evidence of its accusations against Moscow on this incident. According to the statement, the Ministry of Justice of Germany has passed the eight appeals of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation on the provision of international legal assistance in connection with the Navalny affair.
At the same time, the Foreign Ministry stressed that in bilateral contacts, Berlin representatives do not hide the fact that the German authorities do not intend to discuss this question to it, since for them this topic is closed.
On August 20, 2020, Navalny became bad during the flight from Tomsk to Moscow. The plane made an emergency landing in Omsk, where politics had urgent medical care.
