West is the easiest way to return to the origins and declare Russia a threat in Afghanistan. So the deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Grushko, in a conversation with RIA Novosti commented on the statement of the European Parliament: representatives of Western countries have the whole of the fact that Russia and China will grow in Afghanistan.
“I wanted it better, it turned out as always:” You need to flip the page, go ahead, China, however, is worried about “- here, actually, and the whole story,” Grushko is convinced.
The European Parliament believes that the EU should develop a new strategy for Afghanistan and the region, taking into account that Russia and China will try to quickly fill the political vacuum. Western politicians called on negotiations with officials from Pakistan, Iran and India, so that those play a constructive role in the region.
However, according to the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Alexandra Grushko, Moscow has offered cooperation in the Middle East to NATO countries. In particular, the Russian side advocated the creation of an interaction algorithm for Afghanistan in case of crisis situations. However, the United States and Member States of the Alliance ignored this offer.
