At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Integrated Engineering Structure of the Director of the Experienced Design Bureau (Gennady Vladimirovich Abramenkov was appointed to the integrated structure of the Roskosmos NGO Energomash.
In 2008, Gennady Abramenkov graduated from the State University of Department in the specialty “Management of the Organization”, in 2017 – Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University), has a master’s degree in the specialty “APPROATION”. Included in the personnel reserve of the State Corporation on Space Activities “Roskosmos” and the personnel reserve of the defense and industrial complex of Russia. Work experience in the rocket and space industry for more than seven years, passed the labor path from the analyst to the Director of the Department of Certification, Standardization and Licensing of the Roskosmos State Corporation. General labor experience in the aviation and space industry for more than 11 years.
In mid-November 2020, the transfer of NGO Energomash, 100% of the shares of the Torch OKB, belonging to the state corporation “Roskosmos” took place. After making a transaction, NGO Energomash received the right to form the Board of Directors of the enterprise, the Audit Commission, as well as to take other decisions relating to the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders and the Board of Directors of the Torch OKB.
