On Thursday, June 3, 2021, Director General of Roskosmos State Corporation Dmitry Rogozin and Governor of the Yaroslavl Region Dmitry Mironov signed an agreement on cooperation. This ceremony was held as part of the work of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The signing of the Agreement opens up new opportunities for cooperation on innovation and implementing the policy of import substitution of the Yaroslavl region. Industries such as engineering and instrument making are well developed in the region. Enterprises have experience in space and aviation industries, are able to quickly cease to issue the necessary state corporation “Roscosmos” products.
The special direction of interaction will be a partnership of a corporation with higher educational institutions and scientific and technical teams of the region, as well as preparing profile frames.
