Gazprom Neft and the company “1C” will jointly engage in the development of IT solutions for the automation of business processes on the basis of the Russian platform “1C”. The relevant Memorandum at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum was signed by Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance Gazprom Neft Alexey Yankevich and Director of the company “1C” Boris Nuraliev.
The goal of the partnership is the creation of a Russian industry multifunctional platform for the enterprise resource management of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for subsidiaries Gazprom Neft. The company’s ERP strategy is aimed at automating and unifying business processes related to project management, strategic planning, logistics, electronic document management, personnel management. To solve these problems in Gazprom Neft enterprises, a corporate template on the 1C platform, which was called “Sherpa” (abbreviated from “ERP template”) was developed.
Today in the ERP template there are 1.5 thousand users and 13 Gazprom Neft Group enterprises. It is planned that in the future the system will be replicated for 50 subsidiaries of the company.
