The growing budget expenses for the social sphere is the inevitable “childish disease” of state traffic police, the head of the Ministry of Finance Anton Siluanov, during the discussion at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PMEF), reports RBC

In his speech at the PMEF Siluanov also called for the normalization of the budget policy: if continuing to increase the amount of budget expenditures, it will increase the threat of depreciation of money, he warned.
