In the Scientific and Production Association “Energomash” named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) continues the competition “Wins Quality”. At the end of the first quarter of this year, among the leaders – representatives of the foundry shop – the term 4 category of Andrei Schukin, who has 31 “Quality Assignment”, the termist Nikolai Sakharov with 30 “quality shares”, as well as a metal meltel and alloys 5 discharge of Andrei Navigarnikov, locksmith – collector engines 5 discharge of the assembly shop Vitaly Grigoriev and Tokar 5 discharge shop preparation workshop Aleksandr Kalinin, who are accrued in 28 “quality shares”.
The thermist Nikolai Sakharov has been working at the enterprise for 10 years. Now he has the highest – sixth category. In addition, he is a wagon and can work on any equipment equipment.
Nikolai believes that a large number of points are a long way. He now went to the leaders, because he had a personal stamp – a special right to self-control. He is also a mentor for newly arrived workers and the author of several rationalization proposals.
One of his work initiatives concerns the improvement of the process of hardening the molotone stamp. Nikolai Sakharov admits that in the competition it only counts on the main prize and will go to his goal to victory.
Competition “Wins Quality” is held in NGO Energomash for the fourth year in a row. His goal is to involve all employees of the enterprise in the process of improving the quality of labor and manufactured products. In the competition, each employee of the enterprise can get points or “quality shares” according to conditions for their accrual. Among them: the proposal and the implementation of the initiatives beneficial in the production, poor work, participation in the competitions of professional skills, advanced training and a number of others.
