German intelligence sent a Russian signal in north

German intelligence expanded activity in the north to send a signal of Russia. This opinion was shared by the Senior Researcher of the Institute of Fogrofof Nansen and the center of the Far North Andreas Esthagen. His words transmits NRK.

The scientist noted that the Military Ship of Germany “Alster” came out of the Norwegian Harbor Hammerfest and since then is visible on the sea radar. He stressed that open maneuvering becomes a new tradition in the intelligence operations on the sea.

“The German fleet wants to show its allies and Moscow that he is present in the north that he has its own capabilities there and he shares the burden of observation of Russia and makes his contribution,” Esthagen concluded. He stressed that the significance of the extreme north in relations between the West and Russia is growing.

The captain of the German naval forces of Germany Johannes Doumbes called the northern waters of the “Undermines of the North American Continent”, transfers NRK. He stated that in the event of war in Europe, NATO will send reinforcement through the northern flank. “Berlin must know what is happening on the northern flank. For this, we show that we are there, and follow the ships of other countries in the region,” he said.

May 29 reported that the United States regularly rewind its military strategy and increases forces to actively counter Russia in the Arctic due to global climate change and increased competition in the region.
