Glavkosmos and NPP “Star” discussed opportunities for cooperation in sale of commercial flights

Top management of the company “Glavkosmos” (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) visited the research and industrial enterprise “Star” in the Moscow region Tomilino. Representatives of the Glavkosmoshos and the leadership of the NPP “Star” held meaningful negotiations, during which work was discussed on the implementation of contracts for the manufacture of scaffolds, lodents and chairs for the Indian manned program, as well as the manufacture of relevant equipment for the participants of the scientific and educational project “Call”.

All works under the contracts of the Glavokosmos with the NPP “Star” company performs in accordance with the schedule. In addition, the parties discussed interaction in the field of new promising projects, among which the use of many years of experience and production facilities of the “Star” NPP for the manufacture of individual flight equipment, which will be used by commercial participants in space flights – tourists and researchers.

Separately discussed the possibility of using commercial participants in the space flight of equipment produced by the NPP “Star” to ensure the exit to open space, in connection with the receipt of such requests to the Glavkosmos.
