Hero of the Soviet Union and Hero of Russia Cosmonaut Sergey Krikalev replaced the position of executive director of Roscosmos on the adviser to the head of the state corporation because of criticism of filming on the ISS. This is reported by “New Gazeta” with reference to own sources.
According to the newspaper, the decision to translate Cricalev to a new post was made on June 9, after the Supervisory Board under the “Roskosmos” – on it, the former executive director criticized the financing of the project of filming in the orbit of the film “Call” with Yulia Peresild and Klim Shipenko.
It is reported that Alexander Blishenko was appointed to the position of executive director of piloted programs “Roskosmos”, who had previously introduced the leadership of promising programs and science in the state corporation.
Earlier in June, the general director of Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, wanted to clear the state corporation from the firm, rot, and the “Primaznaya Baryg”. According to him, the industry cannot move while people who use posts for “their enrichment” work in it.
