Prigogin also asked to provide him with his lawyers of administrative case, on the basis of which it was included in the sanction list. The businessman is confident that sanctions against him “introduced unreasonably, with exceeding the authority and on the basis of arbitrary unpredictable actions that violate the constitutional principles.”
