On Friday, June 18, 2021, in the All-Russian Children’s Center “Orlock” a ceremony of the opening of an aerospace class, created with the support of the state corporation “Roskosmos”. It was created on the basis of the average educational school of the All-Russian Children’s Center and is a profile educational space with modern equipment, ready to take the guys who dream of space.
Aerospace class will become the basis for the implementation of specialists developed by Orel and Specialists and leading specialists of the rocket and space industry: from one-time immersion in the subject of up to 14 hour studies with in-depth study of the aerospace (engineering) direction. In addition, the Orlyata will be able to participate in educational games, case sessions, aerospace workshops.
The implementation of this project will allow on a systematic basis to form the mechanisms of early career guidance of children, prepare and select the most talented and high-precanced representatives of young people for further professional development in the rocket and space industry,” said Roskosmos State Corporation Administrative Department Dmitry Shishkin.
Thematic shifts of the cosmic orientation are held in the “Orlynka” annually, and the aerospace class will become another platform for the scientific and creative development of talented children.
