In the Scientific and Production Association “Energomash” named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation “Roscosmos”) is given to the competition of professional skill “The Best By Profession”, which takes place annually on the eve of the competition “Young Roskosmos” competition and is the qualifying.
In 2020, in connection with the coronavirus pandemic, the competition was not carried out. This year, the organizers made a number of changes to the Regulations on the competition “Best By Profession”. As Energomash Elena Fenina, head of the Personnel Training Center, told the head of the NGO staff, the main change will be affected by the number of contestants – only leaders of divisions and no more than two people for each competence from the division can be submitted to participate.
“Such restrictions are associated with the production of production and compliance with anti-epidemiological measures,” Elena Fedin explained.
In addition, in the competition “The Best By Profession”, workers who participated in it and the prizes in previous years will not be able to take part. This approach, according to the organizers, will provide an opportunity to expand the list of contestants. The age of participants is not limited.
Traditionally, the competition of professional skills “The Best By Profession” takes place in two stages: checking theoretical knowledge and performing a practical task. It is carried out according to the following professions: Locksmith mechanics collecting, turner-universal, turner on machines with PU, Motorman-universal, milling machine on machines with Pu, Welder of manual welding, Technologist engineer (mechanical processing), controller.
The first to fight for the title “The Best By Profession” will be welders. Winners are waiting for diplomas and prizes.
