The US Army has demonstrated a possible script for the use of the Precision Strike Missile (PRSM) missile, called the “killer” of Russian anti-air defense systems (air defense), for example, C-400 “Triumph”. The corresponding roller has published the Edition of Defense News.
On the mounted video, it is shown that the C-130 Hercules military transport aircraft landing on the runway on the island in the Pacific Ocean, delivering the autonomous launcher Autonomous Multidomain Launcher (AML). At the same time, another plane leaves the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (Himars). The systems are deployed in strategically important points of the island. AML allows you to run anti-worn PRSM offline. Himars will use the PRSM of an enlarged range designed to destroy the air defense system, “located on the Others occupied by an opponent.”
After the enemy ships and air defense systems are destroyed, AML and Himars are loaded back into airplanes, and American fighters begin to operate for the remaining targets.
The publication writes that this scenario was worked out in relation to the Indo-Pacific Theater of Military Action.
