US naval forces (Navy) showed the first F / A-18e Super Hornet aircraft, painted in the color of the “best fighter of Russia”, reports The Drive.
The publication notes that the F / A-18E Super Hornet, which copies SU-57, will play the role of a conditional opponent. According to The Drive, an American aircraft with a call sign Ambush (“ambush”) received a color scheme, known in Russia as a “white shark”. Similarly painted, probably three Russian Su-57.
The demonstration of the “aggressor aircraft” took place on June 18 at the Military Air Base of the Ocean in Virginia.
In June, RIA Novosti, referring to a source in the aircraft industry, reported that the air-space forces of Russia in 2021 will receive two fighters of the fifth generation Su-57.
